Client Responsibilities:

Please note that you are responsible for the fees associated with the following services, subscriptions, registrations, or software:

  • Domain Registration: (Typically $10-$50 per year)
  • Email Licenses: Microsoft Month to Month costs are $15 or $26.40 per month, plus local sales tax.
  • Business Registration Fees: UBI is $50, Entity formation is not more than $180, fee to expedite is $100. Additional city or state registrations may be required.
  • Insurance: (Varies depending on coverage)
  • Payroll Platform: (Gusto, ADP, or Paychex)
  • Accounting Platform: (QBO, Xero, Wave, and others)
  • Taxes: We will provide a tax-preparation proposal.
  • Accounting: We will provide an accounting package proposal, including “new in business” options.
  • Website: Charges related to the website are based on market pricing for micro non-custom websites.
  • Phone System: Provided by Cytracom – $43.36 per phone, per month, including all taxes and fees. (Shipping not included. Phones are replaced every 3 years free of charge.)
